FCPP has invested more in the healthcare of our communities by welcoming Marcia E. Tyler-Evans, MSN, RN, FNP to its expanding network. Marcia is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Marcia holds a second Master’s Degree in Human Organizational Development and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Human Organizational Systems from the Fielding Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, California. FCPP continues to expand healthcare access on the Central Coast.

Marcia enjoys caring for her patients with a special interest in senior healthcare. Marcia lives in the Oak Shores neighborhood and is happy to serve her community close to home.

I had gone to this appointment with one purpose, to renew why prescriptions. But after meeting with NP MARCIA ELLEN TYLER-EVANS, I cancelled my appointment with another doctor and will see the above NP in the future

Always comforting coming here. Even during Covid, they make you feel welcome and never question how important it is to have my husband by my side. Other offices make him wait outside. I can't say enough good things about Marcia. She is my person and always makes me feel like family. When you have a disease like mine, you need good support. She is that, along with Paulette and Shannon up front, always a warm and inviting experience.

About 35 miles driving from my house In an emergency this is a problem.. When I joined the office was 5 miles from my house in Cambria.

They gave me the papers to fill out for a disabled placard, but forgot to fill out the page the doctor has to sign so I had to go back the next day again

I didn't have an appointment. I suspected a UTI so walked in without one. They accomodated me to test my urine since you don't want to let infections build. It was positive for infection so it was the correct thing to do in my opinion. I live 35 miles from the office so can't just drop by, but in an emergency need help quickly.

These boxes and questions don't fit an emergency situation so they're kind of meaningless and are intended for normal visits where you make an appointment in advance. You need an separate section for emergency visits. Since I walked in without an appointment, it makes no sense to ask how long I waited for my appointment time.
